π₯ Histamine & IBS-Friendly Meal Plan
Note: All meals and snacks should be consumed immediately or frozen promptly to reduce histamine buildup. Always aim for freshness, especially with animal proteins.

These are safe if fresh or frozen promptly after preparation.

Β½ cup zucchini (fresh or quickly frozen)

Fresh white fish (frozen right after purchase if not eaten same day)

Chicken breast (cook or freeze right away)
These can be included occasionally but not daily (Safe Occasionally (Limit Frequency)).

To manage blood sugar and avoid crashes:
